    A free 20-minute call.

    • You tell us what you're trying to ship — even if it's still vague.
    • We ask the questions that shape the work.
    • By the end you'll know whether we're a fit, what we'd build first, and roughly what it would cost.
    • If we're not a fit, we usually know someone who is.
  2. 02Proposal

    A short proposal.

    1 page · 1 week
    • One page. Fixed scope, fixed price, a real launch date.
    • Success metrics in numbers, not adjectives.
    • Sent within a week of the call, with a one-week countersign window.
    • The price you sign is the price you pay. No change orders.
  3. 03Build

    We build, in the open.

    2 – 8 weeks
    • Heads-down build, with the same weekly rhythm every week.
    • A working URL every Friday — a deployed link, not a status doc.
    • If something slips, you hear about it on a Friday, never on a Monday.
    • Decisions in your channel, not in a separate project tool.
  4. 04Launch

    We launch and hand off.

    30 days post
    • Soft-launch behind the scenes, then flip the switch.
    • Thirty days of post-launch tuning — fixing, watching, adjusting.
    • Handoff: every account, every password, every doc. You own it all.
    • Stay close on a small retainer, or take it from here. Either is fine.
